Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used perfumes or if the seal is broken.
Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process
